The following guidelines apply to all spaces within the Kingsmen Garrison Discord server.
Keep It Safe for Work
• No sexual content, no sexual roleplay, no suggestive imagery, and no flirtation that could make someone uncomfortable.
• Don’t post or link anything you’d need to hide from a parent, boss, or the public.
• No sharing of personal fantasies or adult scenarios.
• No minors in any mature discussion. Default mindset: “If a 16-year-old could be reading, is this okay?” If not, don’t send it.
Language and Tone
• Swearing is fine. Sexual language is not.
• No crude remarks, innuendo, or “jokes” about anatomy.
• No excessive gore, depictions, or discussions of torture, or shock content.
Respect Everyone Here
• Don’t insult, harass, antagonize, or talk down to anyone.
• No slurs of any kind, including “joking” context.
• Absolutely no hate speech or demeaning commentary about real-world groups.
No Personal Attacks or Drama
• Disagreements happen. Keep them civil.
• If someone asks you to stop, you stop.
• Take heated arguments to DMs or to a moderator.
• Don’t dogpile, spread rumors, or stir conflict.
Keep Chat Relevant to the Channel
• Use the right channels for the right topics.
• Don’t spam or flood channels.
• Ping roles sparingly.
Privacy Matters
• Don’t post anyone’s personal information, yours or someone else’s.
• No sharing screenshots from private channels or DMs without consent.
• If someone opens up about a personal issue, treat it with respect and keep it off gossip channels.
Content Limits
• No explicit sexual content.
• No NSFW art, photos, or videos.
• No body-focused commentary that could be read as sexual.
• No discussion of illegal activity except in a real safety context.
• No discussions of a real-world political or religious nature. Respectful discussion of Olaran politics and religion is permitted.
Mod Discretion
• Moderators can remove content that pushes the line even if it isn’t listed word-for-word here.
• While we encourage moderators to contact the poster of content that is to be removed, we cannot guarantee that such contact will be made before said removal.
• If something feels sketchy, don’t post it.
• If a mod reaches out, be cool about it. We’re here to keep the space safe for everyone.
The Spirit of the Rules
The Kingsmen server is a shared space for a mix of adults and teens. We’re here for gaming, camaraderie, and faction business. If your content could make someone uncomfortable, embarrassed, or unsafe, it doesn’t belong here.
If you're not sure if your post is appropriate, err on the side of caution and don't post it.
Respecting Personal Boundaries
All Moderators, Admins, and Crown Command staff are volunteers who give their personal time to support the faction. They will help when they can, but they are not on call around the clock. Everyone has work, school, families, and commitments outside their volunteer role. Please respect those boundaries. If a staff member doesn’t respond right away, it simply means they’re unavailable. Emergencies will be handled as quickly as possible, but no one is expected to be present 24 hours a day. Patience and understanding go a long way toward keeping this community healthy for both our members and staff.
